FREE CORPORATE TAX DIVIDENDS FOR ALL AMERICANS

In light of how corporations have have taken over america, I would like to propose,that all companies that outsource or are found not with the best interest of the American People be forced to pay a dividend to all americans,culminating in all americans recieving a FREE corporate non-tax dividend check.
