The Three step close

The three step close is the building blocks of all business,its like learning your abc's and its the most important tool you can have in making sales,it goes like this,keep in mind i can charge you for what im telling you,but since you came to my humble blog its free,the three steps are this,Introduction,presentation,CLOSE. Heres how it might be extrapolated to make it easier for you to understand Step 1 Introduction:(your positive,great attitude,human,build great rapport with your customer,this is where the customer knows if they are gonna buy your product within 5 seconds,so you have to be personable and befreind them right away)Step 2 presentation:(you have to tell and show them why your product is the best,why its better than your competition,and why they need it,the ost important part of this step is building value,value,value!)Step three Close:(this is when you close the deal meaning the customer is sold and all you need is the money,authorization,etc, you have to move into this step very smoothly,not aggressive but confident with a "if you want it fine,if not thats ok too" attitude.The best closing statement i use is "fair enough!" It works like this, "so mr.jones as you can see my satellite services will give you more channels,better image,for, less money right? mr jones replies yes, then you go on to "ok, well all i need is a little information and i can get your system installed tommorow, Fair Enough!:),Mr.jones says that fair and you continue with getting the check and filling out the paper work,keep in mind if mr jones objects, you listen to his objection and go back into the thre step close again(start it all over again) the only difference is you tailor your three step close to answering his question to the dotted i and then you finish again with Fair enough!:) well there it is the three step close work on it make it your own and tell your friends to come to my blog,fair enough!:)
